Hand-selected, organic vanilla beans: We use approximately 160 hand-selected, perfectly ripened, and organically grown vanilla beans to produce of one gallon of organic pure premium vanilla extract.
Small batch, slow-cold extraction: Our gentle, artisanal technique preserves the full, delicate flavor profile and complex aromatic compounds of the organic vanilla beans.  This may be time consuming but ensures a consistently high-quality, flavorful product.
Oak finishing: Our extract is aged in American oak, a process that mellows the alcohol’s harsh notes and gives it a wonderful, smooth finish.
Vanilla bean seeds:  You will discover a generous amount of organic vanilla bean seeds perfectly distributed throughout our pure extract.  These specks add a visible vanilla bean touch of quality and elegance to your products.
